SMC Company President Bill Potter, attended a round-table discussion group August 2 in Enfield, CT to discuss marketing and customer satisfaction. The select group were representatives from other modular home builders throughout New England. The group was an all day event sponsored by Westchester Modular Homes and chaired by John Colucci, Vice-President of Sales for the manufacturer. The focus on the group was how to better serve our clients and to answer concerns and questions. Another group has been tentatively scheduled for the fall and will be held on Martha’s Vineyard.
