Hard to believe the holiday’s are just around the corner especially when it is 70 degrees in November. Squash Meadow has had a busy fall with two more modular sets this month!
Last week we had the modular boxes delivered to the island via barge and trucked up to the site on Curtis Lane in Edgartown.
This week on Curtis Lane the crews work on the exterior trim and the subcontractors have started their jobs installing HVAC and plumbing etc.
Later this week we have another modular coming to Lagoon Pond in Vineyard Haven. Three bedroom, 1, 686 square foot home with two car garage below. Be on the lookout for photos of the set!
At the end of the month we have another modular home coming to Vineyard Haven on Golf Club Road. The three bedroom, two and half bath home is roughly 1600 square feet. The first floor consists of an open kitchen and dining area with study and half bath. The second floor has a master bedroom and bath and two additional bedrooms and shared bath. Set day photos will be posted.
