Happy New Year! We hope 2013 found everybody safely and happily. 2012 was a busy year for Squash Meadow. With a whopping 9 Modular homes set and completed with many a renovation peppered in between, we’ve officially had one of our busiest years to date. With this momentum bringing us into 2013 we’re anticipating yet another year for the books.

As the days begin to grow longer again, we recently completed construction of a one story home in Oak bluffs off of Elmwood Ave. You may remember this from my previous post chronicling the set on October 3rd, 2012, bringing this brand new home’s construction time to a record shattering 3 months from start to finish. And in other news, our Squash Meadow footprints are officially in the sands of Cape Cod!  In collaboration with Westchester Modular Homes, inc. we’ve made landfall in Dennis, MA with what will be a 2800 sq ft Colonial with 3 car attached garage. See Below

In the weeks to come you’ll see this big hole in the ground transform into what marks the first of what we hope will be many new Modular homes in Cape Cod from your friendly neighborhood builders at Squash Meadow.

But wait, there’s more! Also in the coming weeks you’ll see our new construction in Sandwich and Vineyard Haven, and renovations in Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and West Tisbury too, so check back soon for updates and possibly by the time the Groundhog sees his shadow (or not) we’ll be building a home in a town near you.
