We made it through the 4th of July in one piece! Few less people on the island this week, traffic has lightened up. The weekend’s forecast looks like perfect beach days sunny and 80! We hope everyone gets out and enjoys the island 🙂
Our workers have been keeping busy….the fence has been installed at the East Chop Drive home, the owners have moved some furniture in. The owners can now enjoy their completed renovation project!
Up in Vineyard Haven on Mayflower Lane we have the painters in painting some windows and filling holes getting ready to paint the cathedral ceiling in the great room. The gutters are being installed on the front of the house. Kitchen is waiting on the counter tops which are a week or so out. Things are coming along very nicely.
Our next house in Edgartown has been ordered from the Westchester Modular Home factory. Likely to be set on the lot on the outskirts of downtown Edgartown in September. Two others are in the permitting process and will follow suit this coming fall.
