A the end of January we have two modular projects coming on the barge on the same day! You heard me…two sets…one day. Yes, that will be a crazy day.
In West Tisbury-The first project is hybrid approach garage. The two bay garage and breezeway to the home will be stick built on site at the property. Westchester Modular has built the boxes for the finished portion of the garage. Upstairs there will be two bedrooms and one bath. Approximately 795 square feet of living space. The sill plates and framing have started. Owners are in the process of picking out the garage doors to order.
The second project being set on January 25th is in Oak Bluffs close to town off Circuit Avenue. The home is a 2 story custom colonial with approximately 2000 square feet. The foundation is ready to go! The home will consist of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, screened in porch
. 
We have many projects going on all in different stages….
In West Tisbury the home we set in December is coming along. The crews continued working on the exterior including the decks and porches. Some HVAC equipment has been moved into the basement for installation. Owners just picked out their hardwood flooring and that has been ordered!
A new modular that will be set in March in Edgartown has had site work begin.
The renovation project in East Chop is waiting for new windows to arrive and the new screened porch and decking is underway.
