This is a busy time of year for everyone but we all continue to work hard. Here is what’s been happening in the world of Squash Meadow.
Starting in Edgartown on Edgewood Drive we have the painters finishing up their final touches and we are on the road to getting inspections soon.
Moving on to Oak Bluffs we have the Winemack job with the drywall complete and painters will be moving in soon. The floors are ready to be installed and the bathrooms have been tiled. The pool project has begun here. Stay tuned for photos.
Heading to Vineyard Haven we have a set next week on Mayflower Lane. Currently the final stages of the foundation are in progress. Photos to come on set day.
As we head to West Tisbury there are two jobs we are working on.
Bailey’s Park the appliances arrived and have been hooked up. Now just waiting on final inspections and clean up. Here are some interior photos:
On Trotter’s Lane the drywall has been installed and taping has begun. The entire exterior is now shingled. The flooring arrived will be installing in the next few months. The counter tops are ordered and should be complete soon.
