After more than a year of planning and design, Squash Meadow has successfully set its largest single-family modular home to date. The homeowners participated in numerous meetings throughout the past year to thoughtfully design their dream compound on Martha’s Vineyard with the help of the designers and team at Westchester Modular Homes.
Their vision challenged us to explore new products and finishes we had not previously worked with, expanding both our knowledge and capabilities. The home was set in two stages and consists of more than 24 modular boxes, totaling approximately 11,000+ square feet of living space.
This ambitious project is expected to take just over a year to complete, with a targeted completion date of spring/summer 2026.
The project will feature an extra-large pool, expansive terraces, and an outdoor kitchen with a pass-through window, along with many additional custom amenities designed for luxury living. These include impressive custom front door, floating stairs, a sauna, a salt wall, and custom built-in closets, to name just a few. The home will be finished with top-of-the-line materials and premium finishes throughout, reflecting the highest standards of craftsmanship and design.

Currently at the project the HVAC is being installed, the electricians and plumbers all working around the clock. Insulation went in. The drywall is in progress, taping and mudding followed by the painters priming. The tile company has completed many of the custom bathrooms. Every day at this site there is a flurry of activity!. The flooring was ordered and due to arrive on island towards the end of January.
