March Progress

Major Progress at the Meshacket Wood Residence-Edgartown

We’re excited to share significant progress on the Meshacket Wood residence — one of the most ambitious modular projects our company has ever undertaken. In fact, it’s the largest residential home we’ve built since our founding.

From the exterior to the interior, our crews have been making incredible strides. The decks, porches, siding, and roofing are now complete, giving the home its striking exterior presence. Inside, the rough mechanicals have been finalized, and major custom features are well underway, including a custom sound system, bathroom tile installations, security systems, and a dedicated weight room with a sauna.

Currently, our teams are installing hardwood flooring throughout the home, with painters following closely behind to bring each space to life. At the same time, work continues in the rear of the property where a pool, outdoor kitchen, and expansive entertainment area are taking shape.

While photos capture moments of progress, they simply don’t do justice to the scale and openness of this stunning home. The spacious design and craftsmanship truly need to be experienced in person.

Windsor Avenue Project – Edgartown

In addition to Meshacket Wood, we’ve also been hard at work on a beautiful custom home on Windsor Avenue in Edgartown. This 2,300+ square foot Colonial-style residence was set on its foundation just before Thanksgiving and has been progressing steadily ever since.

The home features a large three-season room and deck, creating the perfect space for indoor-outdoor living. With drywall recently completed, hardwood flooring installation is set to begin shortly — another exciting milestone as this project moves closer to completion.

We’re proud of the dedication and craftsmanship our crews bring to every project, and we look forward to sharing more updates as both of these homes continue to take shape. Stay tuned!
